Fixed-Price Contracts: Before work begins, you'll have a fully detailed, fixed-price contract. Under Queensland legislation, once a fixed-price contract is signed, we cannot pass on increased costs that occur during the build. You'll know exactly what you're spending on allowance items, no hidden surprises.
Dedicated Project Manager: Every renovation has its own Project Manager who typically oversees only one or two projects at a time. They are your main point of contact throughout, holding weekly progress meetings and keeping you across every stage via a detailed Gantt chart.
Quality Audits: Each project includes up to 30 quality checks across the build. Our Director personally inspects the work before handover, not a certificate, not a checklist handed to a subcontractor.
