Contrasting in finish, these two new homes sit side by side in the leafy suburb of Hawthorne. Oozing street appeal, one home demands attention with it’s striking dark fascade, while the other balances the streetscape in a lighter finish. The brief was to create two luxury homes each on a 405sqm lot within proximity to Riding Road, the heart of Hawthorne.

We loved the simple but classy design of these two homes, although similar in layout & size, we were able to create two homes each with their unique qualities.
