Restoring this character building was no easy feat! After an extensive fire tore through the building in 2021, it was left to deteriorate. Many locals would remember the building sitting empty & damaged for quite some time. Our client purchased the building with the intention of restoring her to her former glory. The Atlas building is now an iconic office on the corner of Riding Road!
