A Character Home Reimagined
We’re excited to unveil our newest and most ambitious project to date — the Teneriffe Project.
In collaboration with the talented teams at OH Architecture and C E Architects, Tide Constructions has begun transforming a character home on a challenging sloping inner-city block into a beautifully resolved three-level architectural residence.
Thoughtfully designed to work with the natural landscape, the home will feature light-filled, flowing spaces, layered living zones and a statement pool for relaxed entertaining — all while honouring its traditional roots.
This home will also incorporate a house lift, a rooftop terrace capturing city views, and a striking custom spiral staircase by The Craftsman and IFAB Steel — elements that bring both function and architectural presence to the design.
More than a renovation, this project is a lifestyle vision brought to life and a true reflection of what’s possible when thoughtful design and craftsmanship come together.
As our largest project yet, Teneriffe marks a significant milestone for Tide, and we can’t wait to bring you along as this remarkable transformation takes shape.
