When it comes to completing a project beautifully and to a high standard, our experienced team can deliver. However, no matter how experienced and talented the builder, there can be faults, sometimes these may not be noticeable to the builder. This is why we outsource Quality Assurance Inspections. Doing so ensures that no matter how good the final result is, it has been approved according to nationwide standards.
A Quality Assurance Inspection involves an inspector checking the quality of work undertaken against a standardised checklist. This then confirms that the job is/has been done to a high standard and there won’t be any defects afterwards. An inspection can occur more than once throughout the project, which we recommend. This allows all parties to be clear on the quality of the project as it progresses. If there is a defect or potential issue, it can be addressed and fixed as soon as possible, rather than facing a nasty surprise once it’s all done. Solving these issues early in can also prevent unexpected costs.
We take pride in our work and want to ensure that the client is happy too. A Quality Assurance Inspection can make that possible. Plus, it builds a good relationship between the parties, creating a sense of trust and high satisfaction at the end.
We use a third-party Quality Assurance Inspector as this will allow the project to be thoroughly inspected with no bias. A set of fresh eyes often catch smaller details that may go unmissed by the builder who has continuously worked on and seen the project.
At the end of the inspection, a report will be provided, detailing any issues. From here we can work towards perfecting the final result for you.
